- For 2 communities (Writing and Outdoors) the License drop down list when making a new post shows an option of CC BY-SA 3.0:
- ![Dropdown list for license, showing CC BY-SA 3.0](https://meta.codidact.com/uploads/i2w0lfn0gvyn8jbak3qsnhroxn28)
- For all of the other Codidact communities this option is not present.
- Is the option only there for historical reasons, or do Writing and Outdoors have community-specific reasons for needing CC BY-SA 3.0 to be selectable in future?
If it's just that some posts have that license historically, could it be removed from the drop down list to prevent it being used for new posts?

- If it is removed for both communities, then [Incorrect description for CC BY-SA 3.0 in license drop down list](https://meta.codidact.com/posts/287775) will no longer apply and can be closed without change.
