Minor typo fixes on Blog posts activate the activity indicator circle

When an edit is made to a Blog post, the new activity indicator circle appears on the Blog tab:

This is useful when there is a new Blog post, but less useful when there is a minor typo fixed.

Would it be useful to be able to switch on and off activity indications for edits (rather than new posts) for some Categories?
