Single line summary of currently applied filters
When no filters are applied to a post list it shows "Filters (None)".

When there are filters applied to a post list it shows "Filters ()".

Would it be useful for there to be a 1 line summary of the currently applied filters instead of empty parentheses?

For example, it could say something like:

> Filters (min_score=0.5, max_answers=0, status=open)

Only those filters currently in effect need be mentioned, to keep the summary brief.

With the filters collapsed it could look like this:
