Disambiguate [vote] and [voting]
- Meta has `vote` x 4 and `voting` x 11. None of them have tag usage guidance.
I'm not familiar yet with how tag naming is handled here but it looks clear to me that both tags are too similar and should exist one or the other.I know that b/c I'm new there might be something that I'm missing and maybe both were required. If that is the case, please add the usage guidance to both tags.Please excuse me for not adding a suggestion at this time, as I mentioned previously I'm not familiar than me with how tag naming is handled here.
