How does "@username" work in comment threads?
In a comment thread, I can notify someone by including "@username". I also get notified of replies, even if they do not include my username in this way. What determines who is notified of a comment in a thread? - When a comment does not include "@username", who is notified? - When a comment does include "@username", is that user always notified, or only if they were previously active in the same comment thread / answer / question? - If a comment includes "@username" for more than 1 user, are they all notified? - Does "@username" only work in comments?
