Welcome to Codidact Meta!
Codidact Meta is the meta-discussion site for the Codidact community network and the Codidact software. Whether you have bug reports or feature requests, support questions or rule discussions that touch the whole network – this is the site for you.
Is there a test community where you can try out Codidact functionality without bothering people?
I'm assessing Codidact Q&A for use by our organisation, so I want to try out features to compare against our list of requirements. I don't want to be posting bogus questions where they're going to be a nuisance to the community. Is there a "test" community or the equivalent that I can use?

Yes. We have two testing environments, https://a.dev.codidact.org/ and https://b.dev.codidact.org/. These are used for testing out new features and fixes before they go live on production, so you may have a slightly different experience, but it can also be used as a sandbox for testing things out. That's where you can safely break things or post test posts without the fear of disrupting the main network.
