Is it possible to tag users by their handle. E.g. Oh hey @da5nsy do you have an answer for this question? It doesn't look like it does, because names are not hyperlinked but then I saw @manass...

It doesn't look like it does, because [names are not hyperlinked](https://meta.codidact.com/comments/thread/7904#comment-20654) but then I saw @manassehkatz‭ tag @ArtOfCode in [this answer](https://meta.codidact.com/posts/288948/288951#answer-288951) and now I have no idea...
