  • There is a "new" button, which I _thought_ was available with Edit Tags, but I see that you have that ability on EE. I take it you don't see this?

  • If you're not seeing that "new" button, I wonder if we made it moderator-only for some reason. It feels to me like something that should come with the Edit Tags ability -- more input welcome!

  • The Edit Tags ability cannot currently be earned naturally through the abilities system because of some other technical debt we need to fix, *but* moderators can manually grant this ability to community members (and have done so on EE).
