When I edit tags on EE.Codidact I've noticed that the character limit counter for the usage guidance remains at zero. Is it a known issue? Unless there is something wrong with my browser (Firefox)...

When editing tags usage guidance character limit counter doesn't work.
When I edit tags on EE.Codidact I've noticed that the character limit counter for the usage guidance remains at zero. Is it a known issue? Unless there is something wrong with my browser (Firefox) it is a bug. Note that the similar counter for comments works OK for me.
