Support shortcut links to Codidact communities / categories
I would like to be able to write e.g. `[software.cd]` and have it generate a link to https://software.codidact.com with a friendly title. Currently, it becomes a link based on the actual text contents, surrounded by ordinary square brackets: [software.cd]. (This seems to actually check the TLD; software.xy does not link, for example.) Better yet would be if I could add some kind of suffix to indicate a category or even a section: e.g. `[software.cd:Meta:Tags]` to link to https://software.codidact.com/categories/39/tags. Perhaps e.g. just `[:Meta]` would link to the current site's Meta category.

This would be useful both for Meta discussion (when making reference to how things are done on other community sites) and in post feedback (when a question is off-topic, to direct OP to the right place).
