I've restored it to the version last updated on March 9th, 2023, according to my local files from when we were making changes at the time.- It looks like we may be accidentally overriding existing policy docs with the default seeds when we deploy something. We'll have to look into what's causing this. In the meantime, I'm checking to make sure all the other policy docs are in order...

(Although since it only went live on the 16th, [according to the blog](https://meta.codidact.com/posts/287961), I've adjusted the date to properly show when the last update when live.)
