Welcome to Codidact! This option refers to large-scale data imports that we performed on a couple communities - such as Writing and Outdoors - when we first started in 2019. However, we soon discovered that importing content wasn't good for us for multiple reasons, including making community-building harder and affecting our SEO. We wound up removing most of the content that we imported, and don't currently have any plans to do large-scale content imports like that again. We did discuss building a tool that would allow users to self-import individual questions, but that doesn't currently exist. If you want to bring a question over, you'll currently have to do it manually. I'd recommend taking the opportunity to go over each post as you do so, using the advice you've already gotten on previous posts, to make sure that they're in as good of a state as possible when you port them over.
