Not yet, but this is a functional gap that [we want to fix](https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/issues/714). Currently, moderators can silently rename threads; we want to allow anybody who is involved in the thread to change its title *with public logging* (a new auto-comment in the thread saying something like "so-and-so renamed from X to Y").
