It depends what you mean by "business".

Questions about the process of developing software, or "life cycle management", [are on topic for Software](https://software.codidact.com/help/on-topic). However, we'd want them to be from the perspective of a team lead, rather than a manager. So, *not* e.g. questions about the psychology of getting software developers to perform well.

For anything else I can think of, you would need to [propose a new site](https://proposals.codidact.com/) first. There is an [active proposal](https://proposals.codidact.com/posts/289081) for a Finance site, which could presumably cover questions about budgeting that come up in the course of managing a software development team (although such questions would really have nothing to do with the fact that the team is developing software!) - and also questions about using (but not developing!) software for business accounting. I expect there would be little interest in a proposal for a Law site, because of the standard issues with "legal advice" on the Internet. I could imagine a dedicated Business, or perhaps "Workplace" (as it's known Somewhere Else) site.
