I have been noticing a lot more unexplained activity bumps too lately.  I thought it was because spam or whatever got deleted, and I couldn't see those deletions as an ordinary user.

However, this morning I saw an activity indicator on the Electrical Engineering meta category.  I'm a moderator there, so should be able to see whatever happened.  There was nothing visible.  The most recent activity was shown as one month ago.

Maybe there is a subtle bug that is somehow accidentally bumping posts?
