Hide sorting tab when there are 0 answers on a question

Have a look at this Codidact Meta post.

It is closed.

Scrolling down we can see a UI like so:

Answers UI

When there are 0 answers, then the option to sort them by score/activity doesn't have any use. Also, it's not like there are going to be new answers anyway since the post is closed.

I suggest that we hide the sorting "tab" if there are 0 answers on a question.

Making this change will remove unnecessary clutter and clear up space.

Good idea, not just for closed questions

I like the idea of hiding the sorting buttons when they serve no purpose. I see no reason to restrict this to closed questions. If the visibility of the sorting buttons is dependent on the number of answers then they will reappear when new answers are posted.

Also for 1 answer

The only thing I would change is to also hide the sorting buttons when there is only 1 answer, as sorting it will never change the order.

Need to take into account deleted answers

If there is one non-deleted answer and several deleted answers then the visibility of the sorting buttons should be dependent on the number of answers the particular user is able to see. A user who can see deleted answers should see the sorting buttons, whereas a user who can only see the one non-deleted answer should see no sorting buttons.
