  • On the Help Center page ["How to ask a great question"](https://meta.codidact.com/help/how-to-ask) (This link points to the Codidact Meta version, but this question points to all the versions of this page in all other communities, too)
  • Under the subheading "Make sure your question is in scope"
  • Second paragraph.
  • > If your question isn't in scope for this site, you can check out our [list of communities](https://codidact.com) to see if another site fits your needs. If what you're looking for isn't there, you can always propose a new site on [Codidact Meta](https://meta.codidact.com).
  • Notice the last line. It says that users may propose a new site on Codidact Meta. The link points to the "Q&A" category.
  • Even the "Site Proposals" category of Meta says
  • > Please use our new [proposals site](https://proposals.codidact.com/posts/288366) instead of posting here. Proposals already here are invited to migrate. Thanks!
  • According to my opinion, if the final destination is the proposals site, then why not just directly link to it in the Help Center docs?

Should we directly link to the proposals site for new proposals in the Help Center?
On the Help Center page ["How to ask a great question"](https://meta.codidact.com/help/how-to-ask) (This link points to the Codidact Meta version, but this question points to all the versions of this page in all other communities, too)

Under the subheading "Make sure your question is in scope"

Second paragraph.
