Unfortunately, such a page does not yet exist.

However, there are two alternative methods of finding new top-level posts across all sites:

- The [Codidact Community Chat](https://discord.com/invite/bv2aaGa) lets you monitor a set of rooms that a bot posts new questions into shortly after they are created on Codidact. This will allow you to monitor new questions as they come in, although it won't provide you with any centralized list, sorting options, or new activity indication. This also happens to be a Discord server, which it's understandable if you'd like to avoid. It seems to be the consensus that Codidact should switch away from Discord sometime in the future, but that takes resources to do.

- The Discord bot relies on RSS feeds, which you can also use yourself. You'll need an RSS reader for this, though. In each category in each community, there will be an "RSS" button that'll take you to an RSS feed that you can monitor. I'm not sure if there's a way to grab all of them at once, and if not, it'll take some work to get all them monitored.
