- I've just tested a small change that would always show your deleted posts on your own profile. Other users (without sufficient privileges) can't see them, as now.
- Should we always show you your deleted posts, or should we provide a show/hide option? *I* would want to see all my stuff, but I've been told that sometimes people would rather not have reminders of deleted posts pushed in their faces all the time. This isn't a matter of *secrecy* -- as you note, if you have the URL you can see the posts. It's about having those red backgrounds jumping out at you on your profile.
- I know how to do the easy thing (always show), but that might not be what people want. I'd like some feedback before I submit that PR.

- Update: Comments suggested showing deleted posts only on the "all posts" view and not on the main profile change. I have a branch that does that.
