OR logic for tag filters
I would like to be able to set a filter on tags with "OR" logic. My goal is to quickly filter to all the tags I may have knowledge to answer. But since the tags use "AND" logic, if I put in all the languages I know I won't see any posts as there is no overlap.

Currently to review questions I have to cycle through all relevant filters instead of getting a combined list of everything that fits my knowledge. This is a barrier to contributing to the site and making it more useful.
