Please flag any individual post/comment that seems problematic.  A flag doesn't mean "this is objectively delete-worthy" but rather "hey mods, please take a look at this".  You can always use a custom flag to explain why you're raising it.

The problem with just addressing individual occurrences is that different people might handle the flags (or they might happen over time and people forget), so patterns can go undetected for longer.  So if you're seeing a pattern of behavior, please use a custom moderator flag and share what you're seeing.  Moderators will then know to look at other activity too, not just the thing you've flagged, and moderators can escalate to the community team if they'd like help.  Some patterns might be more easily researched through SQL than through the UI, for example.
