"Could you answer this question?" for a well answered question
In the right hand panel on Software Development Codidact I see the following: This links to a question which has had 4 well received answers for several months, so it made me wonder why this particular question has been chosen to have attention drawn to it. I could understand if this were an unanswered question, or a question which had received only downvoted or mixed reception answers. Is this system intended to favour questions which are more in need of answers? Is a well answered question showing up due to a bug, or is this intended behaviour?
