Not currently, but we are tracking an [issue](https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/issues/1247) to allow following a post, which would include new answers (if you follow a question) and also post edits and other things. I don't know when we'll get this implemented, but yes it's a gap now (you can't do it) and yes we want to address that.
