If you don't supply a name for a subscription, the code now generates one for you. This doesn't fix existing blank names, but this should stop new ones being created.
- If a subscription doesn't have a name, the code generates a default name on the fly to show in the list. These generated names are not stored anywhere and are not guaranteed to stay the same over time.
