Deleted post hidden from everyone in the question list
When a user deletes a question they posted, it shows with a notice which includes the following wording:

>The author of this post decided to delete it. It can only be seen by users with the Curate privilege.

I had expected that this would show up in the question list to users with the Curate ability, and to moderators and admins, in addition to showing up for the author of the post. However, none of these see the deleted post in the question list. To view the deleted post, they have to search for it - it does show up in search results.

Is this intended behaviour? I would expect this to be confusing for an author who has deleted their post with the intention of making improvements ready to undelete later. I also imagined that moderators and admins would want to see deleted posts in the question list, rather than only when they search for them, so activity is not hidden from them. How do current moderators and admins feel about this? What should users with the Curate ability see?
