Message hidden at top of screen: You cannot restore this post deleted by a moderator
If a moderator deletes an answer, and the author of the answer tries to restore it, a notice is added to the top of the page saying "You cannot restore this post deleted by a moderator", but the URL is the answer URL, with an id which causes scrolling to the answer, so the notice at the top of the page is not visible unless the user knows to scroll up.
