Lack of a link to chat on Outdoors and Proposals
Most Codidact communities have a link to chat (currently Discord) in the right hand panel under "Codidact": >  However, 2 communities do not have the link to chat: >  These communities are: - [Outdoors](https://outdoors.codidact.com/) - [Proposals](https://proposals.codidact.com/) I can see no discussion of this on their individual Meta categories. Does this mean the lack of links to chat is unintentional? Could the links be added? I'm raising this following a report that [Codidact Proposals was unavailable yesterday](https://proposals.codidact.com/posts/292721), which made me realise that Proposals users have no indication that chat is available to raise problems when the site is down. Yesterday they were shown an archived version of the site, which would have made them aware of chat if the link had been present.
