Improve clarity
- In the [Abilities page for the Moderator ability](https://meta.codidact.com/abilities/mod), it says:
- > Moderators also have access to [special moderator-specific help pages](https://meta.codidact.com/help/moderator).
Since only moderators have access to these, the link shows a 404 error page when clicked on by a user who is not a moderator. Is this intentional?- Would it be better to not include the link unless the user is a moderator, just using plain text instead?
