Shortcut links from All Communities
I love the new "All Communities" section of the [user profile page](https://meta.codidact.com/users/me). I've already found it useful several times. I have an idea for an additional feature:

The numbers in the columns could be links.
- Each of the numbers in the "Posts" column could be a link to the list of posts for that user on that community.
- Each of the numbers in the "Reputation" column could be a link to the list of votes for that user on that community.

This is all information that is already available to all users. This would just make it one click instead of two (and one page reload instead of two).
