I would like to see the blue line removed from question pages, and only remain on the user page where it serves a purpose in separating the tab names from the tab content. On a question page it detracts in the following ways: - Leaves less of the question page visible without scrolling. - Requires slightly more cognitive processing. - Hints at functionality which is not present, due to its use on the user page tabs.
