Add user search substring matching
- User sorting is unclear when sorting by *Reputation* or *Age*
Would it be possible to update the user search function so that it allows searching for any part of a username, rather than just matching from the beginning? For example, if I search for *"Cellio"*, I receive no results.---Another observation is that sorting by *Reputation* or *Age* appears ineffective when the search function is used. The order in which users are displayed remains unclear - it doesn't seem to be alphabetical, by user ID, reputation, or age.-
