It's not clear what you mean exactly (not going to watch an annoying animation when a proper description or static screen shots would do), but I wouldn't want bullets being inserted too automatical...

It's not clear what you mean exactly (not going to watch an annoying animation when a proper description or static screen shots would do), but I wouldn't want bullets being inserted too automatically. You may want to have multiple paragraphs in one bullet. That would necessitate not only starting a new line but leaving a blank line. Bullets should only be inserted when explicitly asked for.
