Tag search options
It would be handy if the network-wide [tag search](https://meta.codidact.com/categories/3/tags) feature could be set to either: - _Only_ search for tag names, or - Search for tag names + tag wikis both. I'm missing the former which would make tag moderation much easier, when looking for existing tags. There's a difference if someone is seeking _which tag to use_ (for a post) and _what tags already exist_ (because I'm moderating tags).
