Do not linkify deleted user
Proposal: Do not linkify deleted user. Details: Currently, occurrences of `deleted user` are automatically rendered as profile links in post listings and post metadata. However, when a user account has been deleted, there is no active profile to navigate to. Rendering `deleted user` as a clickable link: - Suggests that a profile still exists - Creates a navigational dead-end - Blurs the distinction between an actual user and a tombstoned account In cases where an account has been deleted, `deleted user` should be rendered as plain text rather than linkified. ---- Example:
