More than just timings out of date on a page

On mobile, looking at an answer to a challenge I posted on Code Golf Codidact, the page[1] looks up to date, with the challenge correctly showing about 2 months ago, and the answer and the comments under it correctly showing about 1 month ago. Note the (correct) notifications icon and reputation at the top of the screen:

Top of mobile page showing no notifications and 1661 reputation

However, clicking "See the whole thread" at the end of the inline comment thread shows a full thread page that is out of date. In addition to incorrect times of posting showing (as has been observed before[2]), there are other parts of the page out of date too. My reputation shows an older value, and I show as having 1 unread notification. Clicking on the notification icon opens the notifications panel with no unread notifications, even though the blue circle still shows a 1. Refreshing the page does not bring the page up to date:

Top of mobile page showing 1 notification and 1618 reputation

On my laptop both pages are up to date, and signing in on my mobile in private browsing also gives up to date versions.

I'm using Firefox on Android.

Is there a way to fix this so browsers don't show old versions of pages? I can imagine using JavaScript to bring in up to date versions of the unread messages indicator and the reputation, but even if this works I wonder how much else on the page will be out of date. Also that wouldn't help people browing with JavaScript disabled.

I don't know if this is my browser caching too much or Cloudflare caching too much (I don't know how to do a hard refresh in a mobile browser, and I don't know if Cloudflare responds differently to a sign in with private browsing from the same phone). Either way, is this part of the same problem that causes incorrect posting times to show? Is the reason that only timings were noticed previously that the delays were not long enough to show up these other changes?
