Disappearing relative times in notification panel
When the notifications panel is opened, each notification shows an absolute timestamp, such as 2026-05-13 05:54:33 UTC followed by a relative time, such as (6 hours ago). After the notifications panel has been open for a while, the relative time disappears. This usually takes between 1 and 30 seconds (the video shows a short delay for convenience, but it is often much longer):

This happens regardless of whether there is any interaction (it isn't triggered by keyboard or mouse input).
I noticed this because there was a vertical jump in the notifications panel, as if some of the messages had changed height. It turned out that some of the notification times wrapped onto the next line, and removing the relative time allowed them to fit on 1 line, making affected notifications one line shorter in height after the disappearance.
It seems that the disappeared relative time returns (with another vertical jump) around 30 seconds later.
