Activity tab for all communities at once on the user page
I find it useful to be able to look through my recent comments to find something I recall saying but not where. I can do this on the Activity tab of my user page, by filtering to show comments. However, if I don't recall which community the comment was on, I have to do this for one community at a time.
Would it be useful to others to have an “All Activity” tab on the user page, combining the benefits of Activity and All Communities?
Since there are a large number of tabs already, this could instead be a checkbox on the existing "Activity" tab, to include all communities.
