Discovering the daily limit on posting
A new user who has not yet gained the [Participate Everywhere](https://meta.codidact.com/abilities/unrestricted) ability is restricted to a certain number of posts per day. Is the value of this daily limit listed publicly? If not, should it be? If it is, should it be made easier to find?
