Wrong time stamp in comments
This comment says I wrote it 4 minutes ago when I wrote it 1-2 days ago. I haven't touched it or edited it. Refreshing the page doesn't help. Other comments also got wrong time stamps, the site just picks some random time out of the blue.
It seems to matter how I open up the comment, just opening it/viewing it or opening up the comment thread:

An interesting point about that particular comment is that I tried to reply to it but couldn't. I entered a whole sentence that was well above the minimum character count and well below the maximum, but the Submit Comment (or whatever it's called) button was grayed out.
I had never encountered this symptom before. Maybe there is something accidentally special about this comment?
