A feature that SE has that Qpixel lacks is the related questions in the side bar. It makes it easier to find other similar questions or even duplicates. It also creates more engagement because after reading one question people may click the other links.

In order of which questions to show I would go in order,

 - Questions that contain direct links to each other.
 - Answers that link to other posts
 - Some sort of fuzzy match based on tags and titles and then content.

This is one of the SE features that I have wished for lately.
