403 error when voting to close

I'm getting this error pop up when I try to close vote a question.

You're getting a 403 error because you don't have the ability to close questions. Currently, this power is granted based on reputation thresholds (I don't remember the numbers off the top of my head), and you don't have enough reputation to have earned the ability. That's why it's 403 forbidden - you're not allowed to do that.

When we implement our new Abilities system (which will replace reputation-based privs), we'll try to make things clearer when you haven't earned an ability. :)

The "Close" link is no longer shown to people who don't have the ability to use it. If you can't vote to close and you think action is needed, you can flag instead.
