Q&A Comment editor does not automatically get focus

When I click "add a comment", the text area that I can type in appears, but the focus is not on it. I have to tab to or click on the area before I can start typing.

Q&A Edit post should leave window showing edited post

I just edited a post of mine. When I was done, the page refreshed, but the window was positioned at the very top of the page, rather than at the top of the item I had just edited. I had to manually...
