Question Email, possible scam
This morning I got an email from a name I don't recognize, saying "Nice to bump into you on Codidact. If you remember, we shared a math class or two at MIT. Do you attend reunions? Love to catch up with you!" Did anyone else get one like this? It feels like a scam to me. I don't recognize the name...

Comment Post #284047 I really hate sites that turn domain name-like strings into links. Sometimes I want to mention a domain without linking to it, and sometimes a string with a period in the middle isn't a domain. On Twitter, I took to inserting extra spaces to defeat the "feature."

To be "poor," a post would need only a single downvote, or a lack of upvotes for long enough to leave the "new" category. That happens often here. Comment Post #284359 People have different thresholds and standards. Someone might find that a certain person's questions are persistently dumb and annoying. They don't (in this hypothetical case) violate any rules, but a reader could find them hard to stomach. Being able to block them would reduce the aggravation level....
