Comment Post #285550 It is the same origin, but the spelling is different in English for the first example: [Julius Caesar](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julius_Caesar). And there is also the [acute accent](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acute_accent) difference. Shouldn't that be enough to disambiguate?
