Question Ability pages 404 when logged out unless they're for a specific user ("?for=" in the URL)
Okay this is a weird one. I just found this bug when asking this question. It turns out that if you try to open an ability page (e.g. https://meta.codidact.com/abilities/unrestricted) when you're logged out, you get a 404! Unless it's for a specific user. Like say https://meta.codidact.com/abil...

Question Why do we have the "Participate Everywhere" ability when we haven't yet done anything?
We just made an account, and haven't done anything at all yet. No questions, no answers. So why do we have "Participate Everywhere"?
