@#8046 just tested with rev 2 of question and it appears to work even with supported tags (example:`<b></b>`)
So I guess all tags should be stripped, whether they are supported or not (more) |

Hi @#64277, I copied that mentality of edits needing to be more than just for a tag from SO. But now I'm confused. Agreed with your suggestion. But when this is implemented eventually, can my rejected edits be marked as "approved as minor edit"? (I don't think that this edit is that minor - since it is a **required** tag) but okay.

A: Minor suggested edits to old posts I am the user mentioned in this question. I believe that submitting an edit just for removing or adding a tag is not enough. BUT if you look at those questions, none of them have [discussion], [support], [bug] or [feature-request]. My guess is that at that time these were not required, so so... (more) |
