@#8046 just tested with rev 2 of question and it appears to work even with supported tags (example:`<b></b>`)
So I guess all tags should be stripped, whether they are supported or not (more) |

Hi @#64277, I copied that mentality of edits needing to be more than just for a tag from SO. But now I'm confused. If on CD these types of edits are accepted, then why were some of my other previous tags edits declined? Should I pause making edit contributions till this minor edit thing is implemente... (more) |

Agreed with your suggestion. But when this is implemented eventually, can my rejected edits be marked as "approved as minor edit"? (I don't think that this edit is that minor - since it is a **required** tag) but okay.
I'm just asking for this as my accepted edit % has gone from some 7-8% to a str... (more) |

Answer | — |
A: Minor suggested edits to old posts I am the user mentioned in this question. I believe that submitting an edit just for removing or adding a tag is not enough. BUT if you look at those questions, none of them have [discussion], [support], [bug] or [feature-request]. My guess is that at that time these were not required, so so... (more) |
