Copy button for comment code blocks

Code blocks in posts have a "Copy" button at the top right, allowing copying all of the code in the block with a click (or a tap on a touchscreen device). I find this very useful, both because it saves me the time that would otherwise be required to select the code and copy it manually, and because it ensures all of the code and nothing else is copied, avoiding the mistakes I could otherwise make.

(To see it, hover on desktop,
or tap on mobile)

Could we have the same copy button for code blocks in comments?

If you would like comments to be changed to prevent code blocks you could raise that as a separate feature request for the community to discuss.

I'll join the discussion there if you choose to raise it, but my quick example of how I find code blocks useful in comments is for formatting advice. I could let someone know how to improve their post like this:

Did you know you can add syntax highlighting to your code by putting the name of the programming language after the triple backticks, like this:

```python
def fn add(a, b):
    return a + b
```

In communities where I have the Edit Posts ability, I wouldn't want to edit unilaterally, but just let someone know the option is there with a comment.
