New Close reason needed [duplicate]

This question has been addressed elsewhere. See: Need wording fix in dup close banner

This question was closed; new answers can no longer be added. Users with the reopen privilege may vote to reopen this question if it has been improved or closed incorrectly.

I received a flag for https://meta.codidact.com/questions/279799 that it was a duplicate of https://meta.codidact.com/questions/279637

That is indeed a duplicate and I closed it. However, the text reason with Duplicate is:

This question has been answered before.

which is not strictly speaking true here. This question has been asked before but has not received an answer. It has comments, tag status-planned, etc. So it is being worked on, but no "answer".

Suggest text change to something like:

This question has been asked before.

either in place of the existing text or, if there is concern about different questions that happen to have answers which satisfy this new question then make two separate "duplicate" close reasons. (Which of course makes a duplicate of duplicate...)

In this GitHub issue I proposed "This question has been addressed at (link)". I think that covers all the cases -- answered before, asked before without answers, superseded (dupe of a newer question, where "before" is wrong).

Actual close duplicate target should be: https://meta.codidact.com/questions/277447 as the referenced target was closed as a duplicate of that one!

@MonicaCellio Since we're analyzing, doesn't "has been" imply that one event occurred before the other? "This question is addressed at (link)" would probably be more neutral in that respect. (Come to think of it, can post types other than questions currently be closed as duplicates? Articles, for example?)

Good point @Canina. I'll amend the suggestion on GH. As for articles, good question -- while the "no more answers" aspect of closing doesn't apply, can there be duplicate articles and should they be linked together through the system if so?

An example of "articles" (in the sense of "Posts that have main (like question) item but no responses (like answers)" where Duplicate could apply is the Code Golf Sandbox.
