New preference: show the icon for SE imports (off by default)

Three of Codidact's early communities did large-scale imports of content from Stack Exchange, and at the request of some community members, we added an icon to those questions on question lists. Over time, some have felt that the utility of that marker has dropped off; after many months, both imported and native questions might be old. We don't want to just take it away from folks, but we don't want to automatically present that view to everybody (including visitors who don't care about SE). So, in the spirit of serving as many needs as possible, we've added a preference.

If you go to the "preferences" section of your profile, you'll see a new per-community option, Display Import Labels. Check the box to see the icon on that community.

The default is "off", which is a change in behavior for current users. I apologize for the inconvenience. I felt that this is what most new users will want, and we didn't want to do a big database update to set this for everybody initially. If anybody feels this announcement isn't visible enough, let me know and we can also post on the per-community metas for the affected communities (or anybody else can post and point here).

One unfortunate side effect is that imported content won't be as obvious, and therefore less likely to get fixed. This stuff is damaging all sites, and particularly the ones with the imported content. There seems to be too much inertia to do something about it already. Defaulting the icons to off will make this worse. Imported content should be in everyone's face until it is finally addressed.

@OlinLathrop the tradeoff is between the people doing curation here (who can turn it on) versus those coming from outside who don't know enough to curate yet and are just going to be confused by the SE icons all over the place. I encourage people who are active on the affected communities to turn it on (which is why I made this announcement rather than just updating the changelog).
