In the page, there's a ad type which is "Random from category". The image link look like this :

Replace X with the category ID
Category ID of Q&A in Codidact meta is 3. So, the link look like this
The title of the ad is saying random from category but, when I visit above link than I just can see newest question (Even, after asking the question I just can see the following picture).
I think it is just show hot post not random post.
The feature maybe this. But, according to the comment there's some bug. That's why I am marking it as bug.
1 hours later when checked that link again this question's title had shown. That's also on hot post

Actually, in the page random isn't what we think. If we check random in Q&A of Codidact meta than we will see that post are showing randomly. Post lists are changing every time (when we reload the page). But, in ad random means it will change in few hours. It may be 1 or 2 hours (I think 2 hours but, I am not sure cause, first time it changed in 1 hours for me). When I asked the question Community-promoted network posts have arrived was showing for me. When I checked again (1 hours later) When clicking "mark read" it shows a 0 when it should actually dissapear. was showing then. When I checked again (10 minutes ago) Ability pages 404 when logged out unless they're for a specific user ("?for=" in the URL) was showing. When I checked again now Community-promoted network posts have arrived is showing again.
From the above text, I understood that when I checked first time Community-promoted network posts have arrived wasn't showing 1 hours ago of that time. When I checked 1 hours later (2 hours later of Community-promoted network ... post shown) I seen the post's ad. When I checked again 2 hours later this post had shown.
So, posts are changing in every 2 hours.
